Founder and C.E.O.
Chris is the Founder and C.E.O. of Elite Technology Solutions. His background in IT support has taken him to some unique and exciting places, such as his time in Afghanistan supporting the Canadian Armed Forces (where he was one of few civilians to be awarded for his volunteer work boosting morale), to his work with MLSE assisting the Leafs and Raptors as an award-winning help desk technician.
Chris has long had a passion for the legal system, which led to his desire to make lawyering more efficient both for law firms and their clients. Today you’ll find Chris as the primary face of the business, managing daily operations, developing large products, supervising procurement, and, most importantly, connecting and engaging with clients. He places tremendous value on supporting client relationships and is grateful for the trust that they place in Elite.
In his spare time Chris can be found spending time with his family, cheering for the Leafs and Penguins, playing video games.
Manager, Client Services and Marketing
Nauman (you can call him Nomi (pron. No-Me) - we do!) works closely with our clients on developing and building out their IT strategy. He’ll form close relationships with clients to better understand their goals and objectives, and then help them make the right tech decisions to reach those goals. Nomi works directly with our Technical Alignment Analyst and Principal Consultant to review change management and create smooth transition plans for upcoming rollouts.
Nomi also manages our Service Desk team, which means that he’s a key point of contact for our technicians, and a key contact for our clients if anything requires escalation. He plays a key role in new client onboarding, data collection, process evaluation, and creating knowledge base articles to assist our Service Desk staff. Prior to Elite Tech, Nomi spent over a decade in the corporate world where he handled large-scale portfolios and helped clients grow in all aspects of their business.
During his downtime, Nomi enjoys writing and playing music. He is an advocate for health and fitness, a movie buff, and a foodie!

Service Desk Technician
Remy is a Service Desk Technician for Elite Tech, where he regularly helps firm users remotely with their day-to-day technical needs. He started with the company on an internship at triOS College and worked his way up to a Service Desk technician as an invaluable team member during the pandemic.
Remy is always ready to roll up his sleeves and help. Clients love working with him because he’s infinitely patient, and he knows how important the integrity and security of their work are to them. Prior to working in support, Remy worked in technology sales, where he grew to understand the importance of secure communication - knowledge that has served him well working within the legal sector.
When he’s not busy learning or exploring new technology, Remy is a passionate foodie and loves transforming simple ingredients into gourmet-level meals.
Service Desk Technician
Louis is living proof of the old saying ‘life begins at 40.’ Louis made the decision to leave his management career aside and return to school, enrolling in the Network Administration program at triOS College. Prior to returning to school, Louis had last worked as a repair technician in the mid 90s while still in high school. He joined the Elite team during his triOS internship, and is now on our support team as a Service Desk Technician.
An avid sports fan, and player in his younger years, Louis now enjoys coaching his son’s softball team and watching him play hockey and soccer as well.
